Eva Rutten believes that business, wealth, nature, and well-being are no longer in balance. She strongly believes in the capacity and creativity of individuals and organizations to restore. She operates in various roles at the crossroads of strategy, organization and developing leadership within teams or individuals. She is a Leadership Trainer, Speaker (symposia/media), Business Coach, Teacher and volunteer. She aims to cultivate (self) awareness, courage, new visions, narratives, and business models to develop (inner) sustainable leadership, also to take the lead in sustainability.
Eva has frequently driven change. She now works as an Associate with De Baak, a training and knowledge Institute for Leadership and has worked with Vlerick Business School and School for Change. Here at the NHL Stenden University of applied sciences, she is a part-time (incompany) teacher in Entrepreneurship & Retail Management.
Creative Change Facilitator
Friso is many things. But most people know him as a facilitator of brainstorming sessions, innovation programs, and much more. Humblebrag alert: Friso has worked with companies as diverse as Greenpeace, EasyToys, Amnesty, Disney, Gasunie, Nike, and Innofest. As co-owner of the creative change-maker Brain Fuel and author of The Brainstorm Bible, Friso is always busy solving problems, helping others solve problems, and showing that everyone is a problem solver.
Bridge builder
to me, she got very angry because I didn’t make eye contact. “Look at me when I’m talking to you!” That was so confusing for me, as I was doing it out of respect.
